Only the index page is opening

I recently moved my office, and am using the same
computer/FrontPage etc as before. (FrontPage 2000, WinXP
Pro) When I try to open webs on a certain server that I
have been able to access previously, I started receiving
the following error: The folder http://blah.com is no
longer available. There is a problem with the web server.
Please try again later or contact the server administrator.

If I delete the web from my Network Locations, and attempt
to open the web, I now only get the index.html page, with
no folder view, and only the ability to save locally.

I have tried enabling folder view, no good.
I have no trouble opening webs on OTHER servers.

HELP!
Thanks,
Dave

And what did the server administrator say when you
contacted him/her after you read the error message
provided ... "Please try again later or contact the
server administrator"?

Actually I haven't contacted him yet, since it was
working, and other people can get into the same webs with
the same user/password ... I wanted to see what you all
had to say before I contacted him.

The rule of thumb is to always follow the instructions that are given with
the error message. In this case, contact the server administrator. Then,

OK, I've contacted ther server admin. He has made no
changes to his server. He asked me to clear all caches
except for cookies, which I did, still the same. I am no
longer receiving an error masseage, I can only open the
index.html page, with no folder view, and no way to save
changes back to the site. I can FTP into the site no
problem. I CANNOT Publish Web in FrontPage.
