Only the switch board appears on the screen

It appears that I have made a big mistake.

I wanted to have my switchboard appear when I opened my application, so I
opened the Start-up and startedto play around.

I think I deselected all the checked boxes, so now only my Switchboard shows
up. I have no way to enter any other part of the application or Access. I
can't add my tool bars or right click for my properties menu.

Is there a way to force startup setting back to there original settings?

Try holding down the Shift key WHILE opening the database.
That should let you get back in so you can make changes.

Yes, holding in shift while opening the database brings up the database
window or otherwise press F11
