onoteiin.msi error

I am having problems with the error 'onoteiin.msi'. I
have tried to use 'Download Manager' to buy music
from 'BigNoiseMusic' but this error stops me from doing
so. I have read about it on Microsoft's site and it says
about updating from an older version of 'onenote' or
something. Recently I recieved a trial version
of 'onenote2003' which I have since uninstalled, has this
caused the problem? If so how can I fix it.
