onsaverequest event fires when submitting form

Calling xdocument.saveas(...) inside the onsubmitrequest event triggers the
onsaverequest event within an infopath form using jscript. I have not been
able to get the form to save in this scenario. If the onsaverequest event is
disabled within the infopath form options, the xdocument.saveas() works as
expected within the onsubmitrequest.
