OOA Could Not be Displayed

I have been using the Out of Office Assistant with no problem, and then one day I started getting this message. It says: "The Out of Office Assistant could not be displayed. A required action was not successful due to an unspecified error." Then, when I click OK, another box comes up telling me that my System Resources are critically low and to close some windows. My resources are OK and all my other programs work with no problem. I would appreciate any help on how to fix this problem so I can use the Out of Office Assistant again.
