Ooutlook 2007 - Business Cards

Is there a single property that I can set to invalidate the Business Card ?

If not, what are the properties associated with the new Business Card ?

Steve,

When something changes in our store (database) I want to tell Outlook that
it needs to recreate the Business Card ... one way of doing this is to
delete the card, but I don't see it being stored any place.

Thanks.

So - I assume "Business Card" is just the items in the view right? Outlook
should have registered for notification on the contents table for that
folder. You should be sending notifications the items are changing and
Outlook will react accordingly. Are you sending notifications?

I don't think I'm explaining myself well here (the Outlook Views are just
fine)

If I open a Contact I can see a Business Card.
If I close the Contact, change some data in our store (database) and then
open the Contact again, sometimes Outlook does not show the changes on the
Business Card until I change something else.

So, does Outlook store the Business Card as a property that I can simple
delete to force it to recreate the image - I'm looking for a way to tell
Outlook that the Business Card image needs to be rebuilt.

Ok - I was thinking of the view. But still, if you're sending your
notifications, Outlook should be regenerating the card since the underlying
data changed.

Not quite. Lets say that Outlook is closed, some changes happen in the
database, Outlook opens and display the Contact Business Card, the card does
not always reflect the changed data in the database.

So in this case, how do I invalidate the card ?

All the properties change, its the actual Business Card that is sometimes
not changing

As far as I'm aware, that business card is generated on the fly every time.
I didn't think we persisted it anywhere.

If you look at the item with MFCMAPI, do you find any properties showing the
old data in them?
