open a book when opening excel

I remember seeing somewhere, that when you open excel, it can go right to
the workbook you use the most. How can I do this with 2000?

Save the workbook into your Xlstart folder. Something like:
ProgramFiles/MicrosoftOffice/Office/Xlstart

Just a comment on the location, in XP, mine is in "C:\Documents and
Settings\Bob\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART".

Or more simply, without moving files around, right-click on the file and "Send
To" Desktop(create shortcut).
