open a new doc from word template in web browser

Hello, I am trying to link a word template to open in a
new browse, however I need it to open a new document base
on the template so that the Macro will run which has
popups to fill out the documant. The only information I
found was http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 278627
which has you create a shortcut in windows explore, this
only works if you have a mapped connection to the drive
and will not work for general users who only have access
through a web browse.

You know, I could have maybe thought to myself that something was
perhaps, maybe, being said somewhere sometime to do with this, but
then I realised that prehaps, maybe somewhere else I wasnt really
listening.

Please show eg code or explain what you want.
