Open a pivot chart with a form

I have a query with the default view set to pivot chart and I use a form to
open it. On the form I have a 'run query' button I use to open it, but when
I do it still opens in datasheet view. I am guessing that the button is
taking priority over the default view and I don't have any idea how to get
around this issue.

I appreciate any help.
