open a secured database .mdb file using Office 2007

I have a database in Access from Office XP that to open you must join a
secured group to use. I can't open the file in Access 2007 and I can't see
how to join a secured group. In Access XP it is just a matter of selecting
the appropriate security option and navigating to the file secured.mdb and
clicking on "join." Where is this option in Access 2007?
