Open a Visio file from Win explorer does not open

I have updated a large diagram.
And now, when I try to open it from Windows explorer (double click on the
icon), it shows the Visio splash screen for a while, then nothing more.
On the other hand, if I open Visio first, it opens correctly.
I'm using Visio 2002 Prof.

Any idea to solve that is welcome.
