Open Access.mdb in excel via ODBC

I'm trying to open an Access.mdb file from a commercial
application to read the data into Excel via ODBC. The
commercial vendor has given me the username and password
and I can open the files in Access 2002. How do I open
the files in Excell using the Access ODBC? Please help.
