open access MDE file on Runtime 2003

I'm distribuied an MDE file to open with MS Access Runtime 2003. When open
file shows an Security Advertisement "this file may insecure code". After I
can click on OK, but how made to automate this ok on start?
This is the shortcut: "C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\MSACCESS.EXE" "C:\Mis
documentos\Sistemas\NuevaEstructuraXP.mdb" /wrkgrp S:\BASE\system.mdw
