open adobe or tiff files from an access form

Good morning all

I am new to access and could use some help, I have a very small database
that will be used to manage jobs. I have a form that describes the
requirements of each job record, what I am trying to do is to add a button
that will open an adobe pdf file or tif file when clicked, each job record
will have a different plan (file to be looked at) though.

What is the easiest way to accomplish this?
