Open an Access file it goes to journal

I'm not sure what the deal is but everytime I open an
Access DB file it puts a shortcut in my journal folder in
outlook. Is there a way that I can make this stop.

In OUTLOOK, Tools|Options|Preferences|Journal, uncheck Access.

By the way, that question would better have been posted in an OUTLOOK ng.
