open an oft. through a toolbar button

Hi All,

I have created a standard email message as an oft file.
Now I created a button on the toolbar to open this oft file.

I want to know if it is possible to click the button, open the oft and
then
automatically open a windows dialog screen to attach a file from a
certain (standard)
folder.
