Open an website in the e-mail body

Is It possible open an website "www.microsoft.com" in an e-
mail body like a letter paper in outlook XP?

I have exchange server 5.5 and need send an internat e-
mail message for our users, this message will open
automaticaly an website in Its body.

Since Outlook now blocks <iframe> tags for security reasons, I don't think
there's a way to do that.
