open another user's calendar in separate window

Is it no longer possible to open another user's calendar in
a separate window?

I am using outlook 2003 and when I open another user's
calendar it opens up right next to my calendar and
therefore shrinks to fit the window.

Any no how to launch another user's calendar into a
separate window?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Right click on the name of the calendar under the Other Calendars and select
"Open in new window"
