Open another users calendar using entourage

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I am unable to open another users calendar with entourage. I receive a message saying I do not have permission to view the other users calendar, please contact the user. I can view the same users calendar with outlook.

I'm using Entourage 13.0.3. Outlook & Exchange are both 2007.

I don't even see the "Open Other User's Folder" option in my File menu. It's there when I have Entourage help open (but it's grayed) but when I quit help, the option is no longer there under the File menu. Any ideas

I'm using Entourage 13.0.3. Outlook & Exchange are both 2007.

Have the user connect to his account using Outlook and share it from
there. Entourage's permissions settings often don't translate well to
the server.

Once the account has been shared using Outlook then try connecting using
Entourage again.

The user unshared and re-shared his calendar using outlook. Still the same problem. Does Entourage have a cache that hasn't been updated?

Entourage does have an Exchange cache, but you can't clear items until
you can connect.
