open calendar slowly(Exchange2k3+outlook2k3)

Some users report that When they using outlook2003 to open another peoples
calendar. it need to take over 10 sec. Normally, it should be under 2-3 sec
to open another user calendar.

Who can help me explain why?

i discover that it open slowly calendar on more calendar items users.
