Open & close with a password

I need to open my Project file, apply the password, update the status using
an excel file and then close and save the file. My macro upon opening still
asks for the password. What is wrong with the command?

FileOpen Name:="C:\Documents and Settings\Statusing
File\Jan2009Analysis\SchedTrial.mpp",
ReadOnly:=False, FormatID:="MSProject.MPP", Password:="asdfa"

Please help.
