what arguements i need to place in a *.bat file or inside a shortcut

/excl

when using command line arguments with MSACCESS, you must include the
full path to msAccess.exe (the filetype registration for MDB files
ignores command line arguments)

Hello!
I do have a problem opening my MS Access databases exclusively from
shortcuts on windows desktop.
each time users need to change database password have to bother running MS
access then: File menu & Open command to open it exclusively.
what arguements i need to place in a *.bat file or inside a shortcut file on
windows desktop to open database exclusively and directly.
