Open dialog box has to be re-sorted

Operating System: Windows XP SP2
Program: Microsoft Office 2003 SP1
Issue: I have a user who after sorting the list of files and folders in the
open dialog box so that they are alphabetical, says that later on they have
to sort the folders and files again because they are no longer alphabetical.
After doing a "Save As" if they go to the open dialog box they have to
re-sort the list.

Try Sort, then hold CTRL key down and close the Dialog box by clicking
