Open Dialog Box Right Justified (instead of left justified)

Hi,
I have an annoying issue that is occurring. When I am in
Excel and go to File, Open, all of my files are there, but
the screen is scrolled over to the far right of the files
(the end of the filenames, ie. "U" through "Z") instead of
being on the left showing the first folders and filenames
beginning with "A". This is very annoying and I'm sure
there is a regedit for it. Any ideas?

With the File Open dialog box open Click on Views pulldown arrow,
Arrange Icons, and then Click on By Name. (this will reverse the sort order)
