I'm wanting to have a macro do this. Any help would be appreciated.
I can run a macro for the middle part but think I'd need code for the first
and last.

Please don't try to cram your entire procedure into the subject line
-- it doesn't all fit! And please don't use abbreviations. Just say in
plain English what you want to do.

Sorry,

I would like to have a macro open a Word file in a folder, select the table,
change the font and its size to Arial 12, change the character spacing to
Normal, right click and choose table properties, Row and deselect allow to
break acrossrows and select row ht to be 0, click Cell and options and input
..003 top and bottom and .008 for left and right, click ok, ok and save the
file.

Then open the next file and do the same.
