Open e-mail when all I get is an incredimail ad

I download a picture in Office Manager, but it will not open because all I
get is an ad for incredimail. -- Happens every time.

Let me get this straight?

You downloaded something from the internet, and it turns out to be an
advertisement instead? Hmmm... did it delete your hard drive or install a key
tracker, too?
