Open Entourage, and all hell breaks loose

Up until recently i have had no problem with opening Entourage, but in the last week, when i open it, all i get is an error window, asking me to send a report to microsoft, so i do it, then the window pops up again, and again, withing a few seconds there is tens of windows open, synch errors, this is what the report says:
