Open Excel all mornings

Hi,

How can I make Excel open at 8:00, close at 13:00 open at 15:00 and
close at 19:00?

You'll need a program outside Excel to start excel. Many versions of Windows
have a scheduler built in. If the version you're running doesn't have one, then
google will help you find one.

And you can use an ontime macro in excel to do stuff at certain times.
