Open Excel File from Macro

Hi,

I have a macro which updates an Excel spreadsheet with data from my DB.
After update I run a macro to open Excel (from which I then open the Excel
file), but I would like to open the actual Excel file directly from the
macro. Is this possible, and if so which macro command can I use.
