Open File Window

How to implement standard open file window on the form?
Another words I want to click on the text field and get window to
select file name from any directory with Look in, File name and Files of
type,
like I would usually do in windows. And when I click on the file to get the
file
name in this field including path.

Hope I didn't confuse you to much

If it's impossible then how selection of the file usually implemented in
Access?
