open filled infopath forms in protected format

My InfoPath form design automatically saves the filled form to SharePoint
Form Library by clicking "Submit" button at the end of the form. This saved
form can be opened from SharePoint - but it opens as fillable InfoPath form -
I would like it to be opened in protected format showing only the filled data
and should not allow anyone who is opening the form to modify or fill the
form again.

You can look into roles. You can make fields read-only (conditional
formatting) based on user role.
