Open form upon start

I want one of my forms that I'm going to be using as a switchboard to be the
item that one sees upon opening the database in Access. We have another
database that someone else created that does this so I know it can be done I
just can't figure it out. I want the "objects window" to be minimized with
this switchboard/form open for the user (me) to be able to choose what needs
to be done (i.e. run a report or enter new data).

How would I go about doing this? Like I said we have another database that
does this exact thing that I want and I have even tried to look at it to see
how it was done but I can't figure it out.

Wasn't this already answered in another group?
Multi Posting is frowned upon.
However, if I am confusing this with a similar question, from the main
Access menu,
Tools, Startup, then put the name of your form in Startup Form/Page

I thought I may have posted but wasn't for sure. I only posted after I tried
to look for it but couldn't find it.

Thank you for answering and I will make sure next time that I don't repeat
myself.

THANKS AGAIN!!!
