open from Access Windows Image and Fax Viewer

is there a way to call the "Windows Image and fax viewer" from ms Access, I
have 2 images on a form, when they r double clicked it should open the
images in "Windows Image and Fax Viewer", I have been able to open them in
Internet explorer but not the viewer. . cause its a DLL . . . any
suggestions???
