Open HTML files in Excel X

Can Excel X open HTML files?

I have a set of HTML files that are produced in Unidata and FTP'd to a
shared space. The pages are designed to be view via a web browser, but
some of my clients wish to use the data in Excel.

On a PC, a simple File--> Open will open the same HTML files in Excel.
However, on a Mac (OS X 10.3.7 / Excel X) they rae all greyed out and I
can not open them in Excel.

Is this a PC nly feature?

No, Mac Excel should also be able to read them. Make sure the "Enable" drop
down in the file Open dialog is set to All Readable documents, or All
documents.
