Open in Print Layout view

So much for my MS Word Expert certification.
Every time I open Word it starts in Normal View. I ALWAYS want to be in
Print Layout view when Word opens and for the life of me I can't find the
switch to make it do that.
Anyone have any "words" of wisdom?
