Open in separate window

I know this is a dumb question but I can't for the life of me remember how I've done it in the past. So, here's my question - I have Office 2003 and want to open a separate window for Outlook Calendar (I don;t want to switch back and forth between Mail and Calendar via the Navigation Pane. Can anyone remind me?

Right click the Calendar and select Open in New Window.
