Open link in Outlook 2007

When receiving e-mails on pop3, links within the e-mail are precede it by
blocked:http://...
When clicking on the link or picture (HTML) I received an error "parameter
is incorrect". I'm using Vista Home Premium, IE8, Outlook 2007.

When I use a different computer (XP Pro), IE8 opens up but the address is
preceeded with "blocked:http://...". Is there a solution for this?
