Open MS Access Input Form without Access

Dear All,

We & my colleage had developed an Access Database with some forms and
module to do input and search works.
We would like more peope can use it.
However, some of the end-user machine do not have Access. Due to limited
time and resource, we won't consider develop the application again.

The question is : Can I open the MS Access file with MS Access Install.
User of course can still add record in the forms. Any Microsoft application
of 3 rd Party Software can do so.

One of the possible ways out is to create data access pages along with the
forms. The users who have Access installed will use forms, the others will
use data access pages.
