Open multiple calendars automatically?

I know that I can have OL 2007 open both Inbox and Calendar in two separate
windows each time the app launches. BUT, I have someone who wants the
Calendar window to remember and reopen with the same three calendar
checkboxes checked. Right now, it seems to only open with one calendar
checkbox checked. Anyone know whether OL 2007 can open this separate
calendar window with two or three or four calendars displayed each time? I
don't want four different windows, but rather one calendar window with four
calendars checked.

Outlook doesn't support it but there are two utilities that can do it.
