Open multiple office files in seperate windows

Hi

Is there any method in which I can open multiple office
files with each file opening seperately as a new window
and appearing seperately in the windows task bar.
Currently all files of the same application open in the
same window and it is not possible to "alt-tab" between
them

Depending on the application, and the version of Office, you may do this
under Tools Options > "Windows in Taskbar".
