Open New Session

In Excel 2000 I was able to add a switch to my xls file
property to open all xls workbooks in a new window which I
could resize the window and have another workbook open in
a complete different monitor and have it be another size.
My problem is I upgraded before writting down what that
switch was.

This isn't Browse in a new window or in Excel tools Option
View and check off Windows in Taskbar or General Ignore
other applications.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm gonna guess that it was:
tools|options|general tab, but check "Ignore other applications"

But you have to start that second instance of excel--you can't just do a
file|open within the first instance.

windows start button|run|excel
starts a second instance for me

But so does clicking on a shortcut to excel, again.

Never Mind I found it

For XLS Property Advanced Open Edit and uncheck use DDE
and add "%1" to the end of the Path.
