Open of docs in Word 2000 lasts to long

Open of docs in Word 2000 lasts to long and sometimes Word
stop responding. We install SP-3 already and do not have
any succes.
Can enybody help? Thanks a lot.

Thank you very much for the link. Bud, i can find a
solution for this issue. Because: Word startsa normal, bud
the start of the docus lasts extremely long.
