open one project read only from PWA

I know I have the option to choose read only if I open 10 or more projects in
a master project from PWA, is there a way to open read only if I am only
opening one?

Spunky --

You can open an individual project read only from the Microsoft Project
Professional client but not from PWA. Hope this helps.
