open other users cal at startup

Is it possible to open other users calendars at outlook
startup - that is : not manually - but automaticly when
you start our own outlook --
outlook is outlook XP

If you have the other users calendar open when you
shut down Outlook, the next time you open it should
open those windows also.

There is another option but it is a little more work
to configure and setup...
