Hi,
we encounter very slow performance when a Outlook 2003 user wants to open
the calendar of a user working with Outlook 98. The Exchange Server used is
5.5. In fact, we have a custom form that is used to search for employees and
allows the user to open the calendar of the selected user. If the user opens
a calendar with this form, the following happens:
OL2003 user opens calendar of OL2003 user - No problem.
OL98 user opens calendar of OL98 user - No problem.
OL2003 user opens calendar of OL98 user - The calendar opens after 30 to 45
seconds.
Once the OL98 user has migrated to OL2003, performance is again OK.
Unfortunately, we have to migrate several 1000 users...
Thanks in advance,
