Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003 -- I'm experiencing the following issue: when
accessing a shared calendar using File | Open | Other User's Folder, the
calendar does not display under "Other Calendars" in the navigation pane.
The calendar itself displays, but how can I get it to show under "Other
Calendars" so that I can use the checkbox to select/deselect it?
