Go into Control Panel and launch the Mail Icon > if you have more than 1
profile select the Show Profiles button and then "Add" a new email account
wizard will start > choose of type Microsoft Exchange > follow the wizard
and you will need the name of the Exchange server and a valid user name > a
connection to the Exchange Server is also required as the information you
provide is checked against Exchange. Once this is done then with the right
permissions/policies you should be able to use File > Open > Other User
folder for Users that are connecting to the same Exchange Organisation as
you.
