I have two secretaries accessing their boss's calendar to edit it. One of them shows an appointment at 9-10 AM and another appt from 10-11. The other secretary access the calendar but it shows the appts from 10-11 and 11-12 respectively. How can this happen if they both are accessing the same mailbox? The only difference between the two computers is that one is running Office 2003 and the other one is running Office 2000. Could that be an issue?

Check the time zone settings on both machines including whether or not
they adjust for daylight savings time.

sure it was, one of the computers was not setup for daylight savings time, as soon as I set it up, the appts match on both computers. Thanks a lot.
