Open outlook from a form

MOSS 2007, Infopath (web forms)2007.

How can outlook be opened when users click a button on the form? Idea is to
lanuch outlook and attach form attachment to outlook.

Thanks for quick reponse, yes code should open outlook on user machine and
able to attach a file already attached to the form.

I think I didn't clearify enough, sorry for that.

I dont want to send the whole form itself. I have two buttons on the form.
First button uploads the form to Sharepoint doc library, extract some form
info with customize code and send out notificitions to users etc etc.

Now if I open the form again and click the "Second" button (after the form
is submitted to sharepoint library by clicking the First button), it should
launch Outlook and have the file (that is attached in the form) as an
attachment for that email message.
