Open Outlook without Exchange Server?

When I open Outlook, I am prompted for a Microsoft Exchange Server, but I do
not use one to access the Internet. When I cancel out of the dialogue box, I
have a notification that Outlook is not an offline application and then it
closes out. Any ideas on how I can bypass this step and use Outlook?

Either switch to Classic View or look under User Accounts.,
